Are you a woman dealing with anxiety, depression, or emotional overwhelm — stuck in survival mode or longing for connection and inner calm? Journey to Inner Peace is a 4-week virtual support group designed to help women like you find relief, self-awareness, and strength through guided sessions and community support.

This heart-centered space is led by Jacqueline Johnson-Collins, a licensed mental health therapist and chronic illness coach with over 25 years of experience helping women heal emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

Each week, you’ll experience meaningful sessions designed to help you release emotional stress, reconnect with yourself, and build lasting inner peace all in a safe and supportive environment

90-minute virtual group session from 7-8:30 for four weeks. The start date and day of the week are TBD.

A confidential, non-judgmental space with no more than 12 members

Weekly check-ins + therapeutic group activities
