Are you a woman dealing with anxiety, depression, or are emotionally overwhelmed, stuck in survival mode, or simply longing for connection and inner calm?Journey to Inner Peace is a small, 4-week virtual support group created for women navigating emotional stress, depression, anxiety, or chronic illness. This group is a space where you can take a break, speak freely, and learn to care for yourself, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

Led by Jacqueline Johnson-Collins, a licensed mental health therapist and chronic illness coach with over 25 years of experience. This space will provide a heart-centered experience of healing, community, and empowerment.
